The Position

As our Reels and Shorts Specialist (Remote – No Degree Required), you'll develop and execute multi-platform content strategies that drive real engagement — not just vanity metrics. You'll collaborate closely with our creative directors and brand leads, but you'll have genuine autonomy over your approach. What You'll Do Every Day

  • Content Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end production of social content from ideation to posting, including coordinating with freelance videographers and designers.
  • Platform Growth: Develop and execute follower growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
  • Brand Voice Development: Define, document, and enforce brand voice guidelines across all platforms for multiple client accounts.
  • Social Listening: Monitor brand mentions, industry conversations, and competitor strategies using social listening tools.
  • UGC Campaign Management: Develop and manage user-generated content campaigns that authentically extend brand reach.
  • Monthly Strategy Reviews: Present monthly performance reviews to clients with clear KPIs, wins, and the path forward.

Qualifications

If you've spent time growing a personal account, building a community, or even just obsessively analyzing why certain content performs — that counts as experience here. We hire based on passion and aptitude, not pedigree.

  • Deep understanding of at least 2 major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, or LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain a creative concept clearly in writing or video.
  • No degree required. Your track record matters more than a diploma.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with paid social ads on Meta or TikTok Ads Manager.
