The Role: Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Remote – Flexible Hours)
As our new Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Remote – Flexible Hours), you'll be the creative engine behind our clients' social presence. You'll work directly with brand leads to develop content calendars, produce short-form video concepts, write scroll-stopping captions, and analyze performance data weekly. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership — not a glorified caption scheduler.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Management: Build and maintain 30-day social calendars for 2–4 client brands across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Short-Form Video Scripting: Write tight, punchy video scripts and hook lines that stop the scroll within the first 2 seconds.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions, responding authentically within brand voice guidelines.
- Trend Monitoring: Daily audit of trending sounds, formats, and hashtags across platforms — flag opportunities before competitors catch on.
- Performance Reporting: Pull weekly analytics from native dashboards and synthesize into simple, actionable client reports.
- Cross-Platform Repurposing: Adapt top-performing content for secondary platforms to maximize reach per asset.
What We're Looking For
- Passionate about social media — you follow creators, study formats, and have opinions on algorithm changes.
- Strong written voice — you know the difference between corporate copy and content that actually connects.
- Basic video editing skills a plus (CapCut, Splice, or Adobe Premiere) but not required.
- Self-directed — you manage your own time and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
